Claims Processing Agent - Hospitalization Approvals

- Process, review, and approve hospitalization requests for group and individual health insurance policies in accordance with policy terms.
- Assess medical documentation, benefits, limits, and eligibility to ensure accurate authorization decisions.
- Liaise with hospitals, providers, brokers, and insured members to support timely and accurate hospitalization approvals.
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures, medical guidelines, and contractual obligations.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in health insurance claims processing or hospitalization approvals.
- Strong understanding of health insurance policies, benefits, and hospitalization workflows.
- Fluency in Greek and English, written and spoken.
- Very good knowledge of MS Office and claims or authorization systems.
- Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a structured working approach.
- Ability to make accurate and timely decisions under pressure.
- Familiarity with AI tools (GenAI, MS CoPilot etc), data analysis oriented
