In CABA/AMBA within the Fintech industry, we are actively seeking a professional to strengthen our team dedicated to ensuring excellence in our financial products. We look for a Quality Specialist who acts as a bridge between technical execution and business vision, ensuring that every delivery provides real value to our clients through an end-to-end quality approach.

In your role, you'll become a vital member of a team of skilled professionals focused on maintaining control over all stages of the software development lifecycle. Your primary responsibility will involve expanding test coverage, planning with a business mindset, and generating valuable insights for decision-making. Here you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to the evolution of financial technology while at the same time advancing your own skills and career.

This is you

• 2–3 years of experience designing, planning, executing, and maintaining quality in backend products (Mandatory).
• Solid knowledge of different testing types: functional, non-functional, regression, smoke, performance, and pentesting.
• Strong expertise in quality strategies such as Agile Testing, Risk-based testing, BDD, and TDD.
• Hands-on experience with backend/API testing tools (Postman, Swagger, or SoapUI).
• Experience testing on AWS resources or other cloud platforms.
• Proficiency in reporting, defect tracking, and working under Agile methodologies.
• Residence in CABA or AMBA (Mandatory).
  
  

Nice-to-have skills:

• Advanced student or graduate in Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Knowledge of non-relational databases (specifically AWS DynamoDB).
• Experience reviewing logs, executing batch processes, and validating databases.
• Knowledge of backend test automation.
  
  

This is your role

• Analyze, plan, design, and execute manual test cases.
• Perform comprehensive backend testing and work with cloud services.
• Estimate testing tasks and define quality criteria.
• Report and track key metrics to ensure product stability.
