As a Regional Technical Service Manager at B. Braun, you will play a vital role to lead technical service operations across APAC. This role combines technical expertise with strategic leadership, ensuring service excellence, compliance, and customer satisfaction for Avitum equipment
Your Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership and act as senior escalation point for service issues.
- Define and execute regional service strategies, set KPIs, and drive operational consistency.
- Ensure compliance with APAC medical device regulations and international standards (ISO 13485, MDR, MDSAP).
- Lead and develop technical teams across multiple countries through training, coaching, and mentoring.
- Partner with sales and commercial teams to support product launches, service readiness, and customer escalations.
- Manage stakeholder relationships across diverse APAC markets with strong cross‑cultural communication.
- Oversee audits, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Travel across APAC as required to support regional operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (Biomedical, Electrical, Mechanical, IT, or Mechatronics Engineering will be advantage)
- Over 10 years in a technical service role (preferably regional or multi-country)
- Experienced in the installation, repair, and maintenance of medical equipment
- Knowledge of quality standards and compliance
- Good command of the English language
- Hands-on experience with HD equipment (e.g., HD, CRRT, water treatment systems)
- Experience with Digital Solutions related to dialysis systems or implementation
- Knowledge of Service Management Tools (e.g., ServiceMax)
- Familiar with ISO 13485, MDR, MDSAP, or equivalent standards
