About the Role
We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a motivated and detail-oriented Financial Operations Associate to join their growing remote finance team.

Key Responsibilities
Support daily financial operations and payment processes
Assist with invoice handling, transaction records, and finance administration
Maintain accurate financial data and operational documentation
Support reconciliation and reporting activities

Assist with improving operational workflows and finance processes
Work with internal teams to support remote finance operations
Skills & Experience
Interest in finance, accounting, business operations, or payments
Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
Good communication and organisational skills
Comfortable using Excel, Microsoft Office, and online systems
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Previous admin, finance, or customer support experience is beneficial
No experience required – full training provided
