At AMINU, salons are where the brand truly comes alive. The vibe, the people, the conversations — it’s where customers discover and experience us first-hand. We’re looking for someone who can take charge of how AMINU shows up in salons and make it unforgettable. You will work alongside our content and design teams, as well as directly with our Head of Research and Co-Founder.
Key Roles And Responsibilities
- Come up with ideas for tent cards, standees, in-salon displays, and outdoor creatives. Every salon is different — you’ll understand their audience and vibe, and figure out the best way for AMINU to blend in and stand out. (Designers will execute, you’ll decide what to do and why.)
- Plan and curate salon events, activities, and campaigns that excite both salon staff and customers.
- Put together presentation decks, training kits, and sales tools that help our team and salon partners tell the AMINU story better.
- Work with the B2B, design, and marketing teams to make sure everything looks, feels, and sounds like AMINU.
- Keep your ears open listen to salons, teams, and customers — and use that to make our branding sharper and more impactful.
- Someone who’s genuinely creative and understands branding + storytelling.
- Experience in B2B marketing or working with salon, beauty, or wellness brands is a big plus.
- A person who can think 360° from a small tent card on a salon table to a full-blown activation idea.
- Hands-on, collaborative, and comfortable working with multiple teams and vendors.
- Sharp eye for detail, but also curious, observant, and hungry to do things differently.
- Ready to join immediately.

Location: Kandivali West, Mumbai (in-office only, no hybrid/remote options)
Work days: Monday to Saturday (we’re growing fast, and this rhythm helps us stay on pace)
Timings: 10 AM to 7 PM
Compensation: 6-7LPA + Benefits
