Marketing Executive

Job Summary

AX Care is looking for a creative and driven Marketing Executive to bring our brands—Hilltop Retirement Village, Simblija Care Home, Revive, and The Orchard Restaurant—to life. In this role, you’ll craft engaging content, lead multi-channel campaigns, and strengthen brand visibility across both digital and offline platforms.

Produce engaging content across all formats—photos, videos, artwork—and manage promotional materials for all brands.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and execute marketing campaigns across digital channels (social media, websites) and traditional media (TV, outdoor, print, events).
• Monitor and analyse campaign performance to drive continuous improvement.
• Develop content calendars and ensure fresh, creative output across all platforms.
• Maintain consistent brand messaging and visual identity, including onsite screens, noticeboards, internal communications, and signage.
• Collaborate closely with operational teams at Hilltop Gardens and align regularly with the central team at Head Office.
• Manage external collaborations to enhance brand awareness and reach.
• Engage actively with customers through social media and other communication channels.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Additional marketing-related certifications are an asset.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Creative, analytical, and comfortable working with data.
• Proficiency with marketing tools (e.g., WordPress, social media scheduling platforms, task/project management tools).
• Graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Suite) are an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational abilities and a collaborative approach.
• Self-motivated and able to perform in a fast-paced environment.
