The Role

We’re looking for an exceptional Founder’s Associate to work directly with our CEO and act as a strategic right hand. This is a high-impact position for someone eager to operate at the intersection of strategy, execution, and innovation. You’ll be immersed in everything from fundraising and investor relations to internal operations and strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities

2. Strategic Planning & Operations
   

• 
  
• Drive alignment, execution, and visibility across the business.
  
• Support company-wide OKRs: draft objectives, conduct research, and track progress.
  
• Monitor KPIs and deliver internal and board-level updates.
  
• Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and operational improvements.
  
• Step into cross-functional projects, working closely with internal teams.

2. Fundraising & Investor Relations
   

• 
  
• Prepare investor updates and manage incoming investor requests.
  
• Build and maintain an investor CRM to streamline communications.
  
• Own the fundraising process end-to-end: pitch materials, data rooms, follow-ups.

2. Special Projects & Founder Support
   

• 
  
• Lead or support key initiatives across business development, international expansion, and strategic planning.
  
• Act as a multiplier for the CEO by ensuring smooth execution of the company’s top priorities.
  

Who We’re Looking For

• 
  
• 2+ years in consulting, VC, investment banking, or fast-growing startups.
  
• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or related field (master’s is a plus).
  
• From Poland preferred. Once a month in person meeting.
  
• Excellent prioritization and time management; thrive in fast-paced environments.
  
• Outstanding communication skills in English—written and verbal.
  
• Hands-on, proactive, self-starter with high ownership and attention to detail.
