This is a remote opportunity; however, candidates located in the Tampa or Sarasota, Florida markets will receive priority consideration. What You’ll Do
As the HR Generalist – People, Culture & Team Member Experience, you will serve as a critical driver of:
Team Member Relations:
- Lead investigations, conflict resolution, and employee relations matters
- Support managers with coaching, documentation, and performance guidance
- Promote compliance, fairness, and consistency across a multi-state workforce
- Support leave administration and workers’ compensation coordination
Team Member Engagement & Culture:
- Champion Absolute’s “We Care” culture and core values
- Drive engagement initiatives, morale programs, and retention strategies
- Support engagement surveys, pulse surveys, and action planning
Strategic HR Initiatives:
- Support leadership development and organizational growth
- Enhance benefits education and open enrollment communication
- Contribute to evolving HR programs, systems, and strategic projects

Ideal Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent HR experience
- 3–5 years of progressive HR Generalist experience, including employee relations
- Strong employee relations and workplace investigation background; comfortable independently proceeding through employee relations related matters
- Multi-state HR experience preferred
- HR certification (SHRM-CP, PHR, etc.) preferred
- Experience supporting remote teams and dynamic organizations
