JMC is pleased to partner with Acadian Construction in recruiting a Project Manager to join their growing team in Moncton, NB.

Acadian Construction is known for delivering high-quality construction projects while building strong relationships with clients, partners, and communities. As the organization continues to grow, they are seeking a Project Manager who can confidently lead projects from planning through completion while ensuring quality, safety, and client satisfaction every step of the way.

About The Opportunity

Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Project Manager oversees the successful delivery of construction projects by coordinating project teams, managing schedules and budgets, and maintaining strong communication with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.

This is an excellent opportunity for an organized and proactive professional who enjoys balancing project execution with relationship management and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead multiple construction projects from planning through completion
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and work plans
  • Coordinate site supervisors, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers
  • Monitor project progress and proactively manage risks, timelines, and costs
  • Manage contracts, change orders, invoicing, and project financials
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, safety requirements, and applicable building codes
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, and meeting minutes
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle
  • Provide regular project updates to senior leadership
  • Participate in post-project reviews to support continuous improvement

Ideal Qualifications

  • Diploma in Engineering Technology, Bachelor of Engineering, or a related field
  • 3+ years of project management experience within the construction industry
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
