Accounts Receivable Associate

We’re looking for an Accounts Receivable Associate to join our Account Receivable team in Taiwan, to be the key person on invoice issuance and liaising with the clients in order to ensure payment is collected in a timely manner.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Prepare, review, and issue invoices with a high degree of accuracy
• Manage AR collections and follow up with clients to ensure timely payments.
• Reconcile accounts receivable balances, investigate discrepancies, and resolve issues.
• Monitor AR aging reports and flag risks proactively.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Operations, and Finance teams to ensure smooth billing and payment processes.
• Provide regular updates on payment status, risks, and client escalations to the AR Manager.
• Suggest and support improvements to AR processes, tools, and reporting for greater efficiency.

• 高度準確地準備、審核並開立發票
• 管理應收帳款（AR）收款流程，並與客戶跟進以確保款項準時入帳
• 對應收帳款餘額進行對帳，調查差異並解決相關問題
• 監控應收帳款帳齡報表，並主動識別與通報潛在風險
• 與業務（Sales）、營運（Operations）及財務（Finance）團隊密切合作，確保開帳與收款流程順暢
• 定期向 AR Manager 回報收款狀況、潛在風險及客戶升級（escalation）事項
• 提出並支持應收帳款流程、工具及報表的優化建議，以提升整體效率

Who We Are Looking For

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Accounts Receivable, Billing, or Finance Operations.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Familiar with Netsuite or similar tools
• Clear and professional communication skills in English, both internally and with external stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership, and show initiative in solving problems.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with evolving processes.
