We are looking for a motivated Associate Legal Counsel to support the Assistant General Counsel in managing the company’s legal affairs, in line with corporate strategy and applicable laws. The role contributes to ensuring legal compliance, protecting the company’s interests, and supporting the business across multiple Functions and jurisdictions primarily in Europe and the UK.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provides advanced legal counsel and support by managing routine legal matters independently
  • Autonomously handle routine legal matters, including contract review, drafting, and negotiation, ensuring compliance with company standards and applicable laws, collaborates with the Assistant General Counsel on more complex issues.
  • Support the resolution of complex legal issues in collaboration with senior attorneys, contributing research, analysis, and documentation.
  • Advise Company’s departments to address legal issues and facilitate effective problem-solving.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance legal processes, promote best practices, and maintain high standards of efficiency and compliance.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Law
  • 3-5 years of experience as an in-house legal counsel in an industrial or multinational environment, or in a leading law firm
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and international environment
  • Proven capability in analyzing, interpreting, and communicating legal information
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and commitment to continuous learning.
  • Proficiency in standard business software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Fluency in English
