What You’ll Do
- Diagnose and repair commercial dishwashing equipment in the field and shop
- Disassemble machines, identify faulty components, and rebuild units to working condition
- Troubleshoot mechanical and basic electrical issues efficiently
- Respond to service calls and resolve issues on-site with minimal downtime
- Test equipment after repairs to ensure proper performance and reliability
- Use a variety of hand and power tools daily
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including cleaning equipment after service
- Safely operate a company vehicle while traveling to customer locations
- Cross-train on equipment installations and route-based service to expand your skillset
- Competitive pay at $23 per hour with consistent overtime opportunities to increase your earnings
- Paid, hands-on training—no prior industry experience required

- Valid driver’s license with at least 3 years of driving history
- Mechanical aptitude and comfort using tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically active environment
- Capability to lift and move up to 70 lbs and navigate stairs as needed
- A strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn
