What You’ll Do:
- Design and develop automation solutions and business processes across multiple platforms
- Build and maintain automation infrastructures from scratch
- Develop internal tools, backend services, and supporting applications
- Work closely with business and technology stakeholders to improve processes and implement new solutions
- Take part in architecture, development standards, testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance
- Work with CI/CD processes, version control, and development best practices
Requirements:
Must-Haves:
- 3-5 years of development experience with C#/.NET/Python
- Proven experience building automation infrastructures
- Strong knowledge of Git
- Experience with OOP, APIs, error handling, and logging
- Experience developing SQL-based solutions
- Strong teamwork, communication, ownership, and fast learning capabilities
Nice to Have:
- Experience with automation / RPA solutions and organizational process implementation
- Experience with Monitoring & Logging tools (ELK, Grafana, Prometheus)
- Experience working with HubSpot or Marketing Automation platforms
- Experience building or working with CI/CD processes (Jenkins, GitLab CI)
- Experience working with Docker
- Familiarity with Event-Driven Architecture and orchestration tools
- Experience working in Agile environments
- Experience working with AI tools and Agents
