| customers. We are seeking a Licensed Customs Broker to join our |
| in-house customs brokerage team for assisting with the management of |
| customs entries, providing guidance to our team and customers, and |
| ensuring full compliance. |

| Position Summary |
| |
| |
| We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and experienced Licensed |
| Customs Broker to provide assistance and support for customs |
| clearance activities. This role is ideal for someone with deep |
| knowledge of U.S. customs regulations and hands-on experience in |
| brokerage operations within a fast-paced transportation environment. |
| You will serve as acompliance expert, handling customs entries, |
| supporting internal teams, and ensuring our clients' freight moves |
| efficiently across borders. |
| |
| Ensure full compliance with U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), |
| PGA (Partner Government Agencies), and relevant trade laws. |
| |
| This position is remote and open to candidates located within the |
| continental United States. |
| |
| |
| Key Responsibilities |
| |
| - Assist in the preparation, submission, and tracking of customs |
| entries for imported freight via truck, air, and ocean. |
| - Ensure full compliance with U.S. Customs and Border Protection |
| (CBP), PGA (Partner Government Agencies), and relevant trade |
| laws. |
| - Collaborate with dispatch, operations, and customers to gather |
| accurate documentation and resolve entry issues. |
| - Classify goods using the Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS), and |
| determine proper duty rates and applicable programs (USMCA, |
| Section 301/232, etc.). |
| - Assist in managing compliance audits and reporting requirements. |
| - Communicate with CBP and other regulatory agencies as needed on |
| behalf of the company or its clients. |
| - Stay updated on trade regulation changes and advise management on |
| potential operational impacts. |
