Job Description
- Lead financial planning, forecasting, and overall performance management
- Oversee treasury, risk management, and financial controls
- Support capital strategy, fundraising initiatives, and investor engagement
- Strengthen governance, reporting, and compliance frameworks
- Partner with senior stakeholders to support strategic growth initiatives
- Strong experience in senior finance leadership roles, ideally at CFO level
- Background in capital markets, investments, or structured finance
- Experience engaging with institutional investors and stakeholders
- Solid understanding of financial reporting, risk, and multi-entity environments
