Baptist Health is hiring a Manager, Payroll. This is a full-time, hybrid opportunity located on the downtown campus of Baptist Health.
Responsibilities Include
- Staffing of payroll office to ensure full coverage minimizing overtime hours
- Auditing of processes to ensure compliance with policy and regulatory requirements
- Managing requests for information
- Coordinates System enhancements and efficiencies
- Coordinates with other departments for successful biweekly and on-demand processing of payroll
- Reviews payroll transactions for accuracy and completeness
- Processes all payroll tax returns in a timely manner
- 5 years of payroll and leadership experience required.
- Bachelor of Arts/Science (BA/BS) Required
- Master's Degree Preferred
