We are seeking aBusinessTest Analyst with strongexpertisein Wealth Management platforms to support end-to-end business validation and quality assurance across enterprise digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate combines deep functional knowledge of Wealth Management processes with hands-on experience in test automation, API testing, and Agile software delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end business and functional testing across Wealth Management platforms, ensuring comprehensive front-to-back validation of user journeys and business processes.
  
  

• Analyze business requirements, assess project scope, design test strategies, develop test cases, and executefunctional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing.
  
  

• Develop andmaintainautomated test scripts using Selenium or Playwright to improve testing efficiency and quality.
  
  

• Collaborate with business users, product owners, developers, and project teams tovalidaterequirements, resolve defects, and ensure successful solution delivery.
  
  

• Support AI-driven testing initiatives, continuous quality evaluation, API validation, and test reporting while promoting best practices throughout the SDLC.
  
  

General Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Finance, Business Information Systems, ora relateddiscipline.
  
  

• Minimum 5 years of experience inSoftware Testing, Quality Assurance, Business Testing, or Test Automationwithin enterprise environments.
  
  

• Proven experience supportingWealth Management platforms, preferably across Swiss and APAC markets, with a strong understanding of front-to-back business processes and client journeys.
  
  

• Experience working withinAgile software developmentenvironments and collaborating with cross-functional business and technology teams.
  
  

Mandatory Skills

• Strong functional knowledge ofWealth Managementplatforms,user journeys, investment lifecycle, and front-to-back business processes, with experience performing business validation and end-to-end testing.
  
  

• Hands-on experience with test automation usingSeleniumorPlaywright, programmingin Java or Python, SQL, API testing, and modern QA methodologies.
  
  

• Proficiencywith testing and delivery tools including Jira, GitLab, Jenkins, Squash (or similar test management tools), and experience supporting CI/CD-driven testing.
  
  

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with AI-assisted testing, AI-driven requirement validation, intelligent test design, or Agentic AI workflows.
  
  

• Knowledge of investment products, portfolio management, private banking, securities, or wealth advisory operations.
  
  

• Relevant certifications such as ISTQB Certified Tester, Certified Agile Tester (CAT), Professional Scrum certifications, or automation testing certifications.
