Business Unit Head

To lead the overall performance of the business unit, ensuring achievement of strategic, financial, and operational objectives while building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the business unit's overall strategy, operations, and growth initiatives
• Drive revenue generation, profitability, and sustainable business performance
• Oversee project execution and operational efficiency
• Build and maintain key client and stakeholder relationships
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and business performance metrics
• Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams
• Ensure compliance with company policies, governance standards, and industry regulations
  
  

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field
• PRC Licensed Engineer is an advantage
• Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience, with significant leadership experience
• Strong business acumen and financial management skills
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage stakeholders, and drive business results
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills
