Human Capital Representative Planning:�
- Establish annual work plan for Human Capital Representative - BINUS Semarang area.
- Manage Human Capital Representative activities and the overall utilization of Human Capital function.
- Develops the Human Capital Representative operation process and monitor the implementation.
- Proactively find ways to improve Human capital effectiveness in solving, preventing, and reducing number of complaints from key stakeholder to improve overall stakeholder satisfaction.
- Assist the Head of the respective Business Unit in providing Human capital solutions that provide the Business Unit with the people and capabilities to execute its strategies and achieve its business objectives.
- Acts as a central point of contact for Business Unit human resource issues, advice, and decision-making for human capital related issue.
- Assist Business Unit Head on executing and delivering Human capital programs, policies and processes.
- Develop effective communication strategy to interact a variety of areas in BINUS Semarang with a multicultural environment.
- Acts as liaison between the central Human capital and the Business Unit.
- Proactively identifies people issues at the Business Unit Level and works with Business Unit Management to resolve.
- Tailor group-wide Human capital programs, process and tools for performance management, workforce planning, recruiting and selection, training, career development, succession planning, compensation and industrial relations in conjunction with central Human capital and the Business Unit head to meet Business Unit requirements.
- Ensures Business Unit employees receive the appropriate Human capital service levels and are aware of who to contact and how to resolve their Human capital-related matters.
- Evaluates the effectiveness of Human capital programs and communication process are align with Business Unit needs, and changes.
- Identify and recommends changes accordingly related to Human Capital programs and communication flow.
- Coordinates with other Human capital leaders in planning and implementing Human capital programs and practices.
- Collaborates with the Business Unit head to identify Business Unit resources to play active roles in the implementation and delivery of Human capital programs and practices.
- Work together with other Human capital leaders to ensure that the Business Unit complies with the provisions of the labor law and any other appropriate Human capital legal requirements.
- Provide Report to Direct Supervisor.
- Suggest improvement process related to human capital activities.
- Perform activities related to quality management system.
- Perform additional tasks as required by Direct Supervisor.
- Minimum bachelor (S1) degree in any relevant background
- Minimum 2 years working experience in supervisory level, or minimum 6 years working experience
- Experience from education or service industry
- Expatriates formalities process
- Manpower regulation
