Why This Role Matters

As a Communications and Public Relations Specialist, you play a critical role in shaping and protecting ChildCareGroup’s brand and reputation. You ensure that messaging is clear, consistent, and aligned across all platforms and audiences.

This role goes beyond communications — it is about storytelling, relationship building, and advancing strategic initiatives that strengthen engagement, credibility, and trust with the communities we serve.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and execute strategic communication and public relations plans aligned with organizational goals.
  • Create and manage content across multiple platforms, including press releases, social media, and internal communications.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with media, partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Monitor media coverage and public sentiment, providing insights and recommendations.
  • Support leadership with messaging, talking points, and crisis communications as needed.


What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in communications, public relations, or a similar role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and with external partners.
