About The Role
As a Client Support Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for referrers, families and clients accessing allied health services with National 360. You'll provide a welcoming and professional experience, whether supporting visitors to our Perth office or assisting clients and stakeholders over the phone and via email.
Working as part of our national Client Support Team, you'll play an important role in helping clients navigate their journey with National 360. From coordinating referrals to guiding clients through NDIS, Aged Care and private funding pathways, you'll help ensure people can access the support they need with confidence.
Key Responsibilities
- Be the friendly first point of contact via phone and email, handling enquiries and managing referrals.
- Coordinate scheduling and bookings to ensure a smooth and efficient client journey.
- Assist NDIS, Private, and Aged Care clients in accessing services, navigating funding, and coordinating appropriate supports.
- Maintain accurate client records, documentation, and CRM systems with strong attention to detail.
- Support daily administrative operations to keep the office organised and client-ready.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members.

About You
- A working knowledge of the NDIS sector (highly regarded).
- 2+ years administration or receptionist experience in a healthcare setting (highly regarded).
- Strong administration skills, including record-keeping, documentation, and data management.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word & Excel), booking platforms, and data entry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail, multitasking, and problem-solving under pressure.
- Experience in customer-facing roles, confidently managing enquiries and client interactions (2+ years).
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance and Working With Children Check, or willingness to obtain.
- Willingness to work predominantly from our Perth office, with occasional work-from-home flexibility one day a week.
