Description: Looking for your next administration role in a friendly and fast-paced healthcare environment?

We're seeking two enthusiastic and customer-focused Clinic Administrators to join our Auckland team on a fixed-term basis. These opportunities are perfect for someone who enjoys helping people, thrives on keeping things organised, and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service. Whether you're an experienced administrator, receptionist, or coordinator, you'll play a key role in supporting our clinicians and ensuring our clients have a positive experience from the moment they contact us.

Available Opportunities

Wairau Clinic

  • Full-time - Fixed-term from 22 June 2026 to 18 August 2026


Fred Thomas Clinic

  • Full-time - Fixed-term from 24 July 2026 to 28 August 2026


Please indicate in your application which location you are interested in, or if you would like to be considered for both opportunities.

Main responsibilities:

  • Manage clinician diaries for efficient scheduling
  • Liaise with ACC to invoice, register claims and reconcile payments
  • Process client payments and maintain banking records
  • Manage debtor control

The ideal candidate:

  • Warm and approachable - a friendly manner is key!
  • Previous experience in a customer facing / admin role, preferably in healthcare
  • Sound skills using Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication skills - you will be meeting new and varied people every day!
  • Full, valid NZ drivers license
