Description

The corporate development analyst will be an integral part of the team, actively participating in every aspect of Global Payments’ M&A efforts. The team takes a collaborative, hands-on approach, and the analyst will work with more senior team members on small, fast-moving deal teams. The analysts’ key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in financial modeling and analyses
  • Aid in the preparation of presentations for Global Payments management and board of directors
  • Performing industry and company research
  • Interaction and coordination with colleagues across Global Payments, as well as external parties including investment bankers, private equity firms and other companies

Qualifications

  • Commitment to live and work in Atlanta, Georgia or London, United Kingdom
  • Bachelor's degree with a business degree preferred
  • Familiarity with principles of valuation of public and private companies, including comparable companies and precedent transactions analyses
  • Familiarity with FactSet, Capital IQ and Wall Street research
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Accountability and ownership of one's work product
  • Ability to balance multiple fast-paced, unpredictable projects
  • Outstanding written and spoken communication skills
