Database Developer

2. About the Opportunity:

The Database Developer will design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and data visualizations that present complex information effectively. This role supports data accuracy, user training, and troubleshooting, contributing to informed decision-making and operational efficiency. The position is remote and requires independent initiative and collaboration within a team.

3. Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement interactive dashboards and visualizations

• Test and debug dashboards to ensure accuracy and reliability

• Maintain and update dashboards based on evolving business needs

• Ensure high data quality and accuracy in all deliverables

• Provide end-user support and troubleshoot dashboard issues

• Conduct training sessions on dashboard use and interpretation

• Prepare, model, transform, and organize data for dashboards and reports

• Connect business intelligence tools to data sources and create calculations

• Build, configure, test, and maintain dashboards

• Publish and refresh dashboards across development, QA, and production environments

4. Requirements:

• BA/BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field with two years of relevant experience or equivalent

• Preferred: Three years of experience with Tableau and Power BI

• Experience with Data Warehouse Implementations and SQL databases

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel) and SharePoint

• Experience retrieving data from APIs

• Experience with solution performance improvements

5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• USD 85,000 to USD 980,000 yearly
