The Role
The Role
- Design and implement complex, scalable, and secure AWS solutions for customers
- Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting throughout project delivery
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and propose effective migration strategies
- Act as a trusted advisor on industry trends and emerging technologies
- Share knowledge through mentoring, training, and creating reusable artifacts
- Experience implementing AWS services in distributed computing environments
- Migration strategy development and planning (6R framework)
- Cloud Infrastructure Assessment (CIA) methodology
- Experience with mainframe migration and modernization techniques
- Application discovery and dependency mapping, and migration tooling (Application Migration Service, Database Migration Service, Migration Hub)
- Ability to obtain and maintain a UK Government Security Clearance
