FP&A and Financial Systems Director
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a strategic FP&A business partner to the CFO, supporting key business and investment decisions
- Lead end-to-end financial planning processes: Actuals, Rolling Forecast, AOP and Long-Term Planning
- Manage and lead the FP&A team (including managers), driving performance and professional development
- Lead the preparation and presentation of complex financial reports to senior management
- Drive advanced financial analysis, scenario modeling and data-driven insights
- Lead FP&A standards, governance and continuous improvement of financial systems and tools
- Work in a global, matrix environment with multiple stakeholders across regions
- Lead HQ budget management and strategic cross-company projects
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in economics / business administration / accounting (MBA – an advantage)
- Significant experience in FP&A / business analysis roles
- At least 3 years of managerial experience (manager-of-managers – an advantage)
- Experience in a global or complex organization
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking and leadership skills
- Experience working with financial systems and BI tools
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure
- Fluent English – written and spoken
