About The Role
We developed an engaging, responsive and successful online curriculum offer for Adult learners with a desire to develop new knowledge and skills in subject areas such as Digital, Business, Health..
To ensure that our offer continues to adapt grow, and meet the needs of both employers and learners, a dynamic Online Adult Learning Coordinator is required to offer personalised and responsive support, the postholder will have a direct impact on learner achievement. Excellent interpersonal skills are therefore an essential requirement of the post, as is an up-to-date knowledge of on line learning platforms and education.
The Online Adult Learning Coordinator will also support the Curriculum Manager in developing the online offer, will forge partnerships with local employers to generate enrolments, and will support the Marketing and Sales teams to ensure that the offer is promoted effectively. The role also requires the postholder to manage a small caseload of learners and to assess them in line with awarding body requirements
Main Responsibilities
- Manage the @distancelearning email inbox, responding quickly and effectively to pre-enrolment queries.
- Deliver information, advice and guidance to prospective learners to ensure that they choose the appropriate course.
- Ensure that learners have a smooth and supported experience of enrolment, especially those studying as distance learners.
- Use relevant reporting systems to identify learners who need support with learning, and provide this in a timely and constructive manner.

As the successful candidate, you will be offered a salary of between £33,160 - £37,283 per annum based upon a combination of the skills, knowledge and experience that you can bring to the role.
