Full-time

Sales / Marketing

Easton Town Center is one of the Midwest’s premier mixed-use destinations—bringing together retail, dining, entertainment, and community in a vibrant, high-energy environment. Developed and managed by Steiner + Associates, Easton is designed to create experiences that draw people in and keep them coming back.

We’re looking for a Marketing & Events Specialist to help bring those experiences to life—both through engaging digital content and thoughtfully executed on-property programming.

This role is ideal for someone who is equal parts creative and organized—someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys being on-site, and is energized by creating meaningful, memorable moments for guests while supporting tenant success and overall property performance.

What you'll do:

SOCIAL MEDIA & CONTENT

  • Plan and execute social media content across platforms, maintaining a consistent and engaging brand voice.
  • Capture and produce high-quality photo and video content showcasing the property, tenants, and key experiences.
  • Manage day-to-day engagement, including comments, messages, and guest inquiries.
  • Provide real-time social coverage during events and activations.
  • Partner with tenants to promote openings, campaigns, and brand moments.
  • Support paid social initiatives to expand reach and visibility.
  • Identify and leverage trends, user-generated content, and partnership opportunities.

EVENTS & ACTIVATIONS

  • Plan and execute a wide range of events—from community programming to tenant-driven experiences.
  • Coordinate logistics across internal teams, vendors, and external partners.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for event partners from planning through execution.
  • Lead on-site event execution, ensuring a polished, high-quality guest experience.
  • Promote events across digital channels to drive awareness, attendance, and engagement.

PERFORMANCE INSIGHTS

  • Track social media and event performance, contributing to monthly reporting.
  • Monitor trends and audience behavior to continuously refine content and programming.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

  • 4–6+ years of experience in social media, marketing, events, or a related field.
  • Experience executing campaigns across social and email, with a working understanding of performance analytics.
  • Strong content creation skills (photo/video and copywriting).
  • Ability to manage projects independently while collaborating across teams.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Comfortable working with a variety of stakeholders.
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a willingness to jump in where needed.
  • Availability to support events during evenings and weekends.
  • Experience with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Later), content creation tools. (Adobe Creative, Canva, CapCut, Edits), and project management systems (Monday.com or equivalent).
  • Comfortable using analytics tools (Google Analytics, DashThis) to inform decisions.
  • Experience supporting event planning and on-site execution strongly preferred.

WHY JOIN EASTON

  • Work as part of Steiner + Associates, contributing to one of its flagship properties.
  • Be part of a high-profile, fast-paced destination with more than 300+ tenants and 18+ million annual visitors.
  • Join a collaborative team that values creativity, initiative, and continuous improvement.
