The Facilities Project Mgr MLHC is the Primary Liaison between MLHC senior leadership, MLH facilities, Real Estate, Planning Design & Construction and MLHC Practice Directors for all practice construction, acquisitions, and renovations. In conjunction with the Planning Design and Construction department, the MLHC Project Manager budgets and provides input into the planning and development of scope and execution of MLHC new construction and renovations.

Experience

5+ years of experience in a project management role managing large complex projects, preferably in support of physician practices.

5+ years of equipment planning experience and contract negotiations.

Functional knowledge of healthcare operations.

Education

4 Year / Bachelors Degree Preferred
