We handle complex, high-stakes matters for a sophisticated and often high-net-worth and high-profile clientele. Job Details:

• Handle family law matters from intake through resolution, including divorce, custody, support, complex property division, and prenuptial agreements.
• Draft pleadings, motions, declarations, settlement agreements, and discovery.
• Prepare matters for hearings, mediation, and trial, and appear in court.
• Work directly with partners on high-net-worth and high-profile cases, including complex financial and business valuation issues.
• Provide responsive, discreet, individualized communication to clients during emotionally difficult proceedings.
  

Qualifications:

• Admitted and in good standing with the California State Bar.
• At least three years of family law experience.
• Strong drafting, research, analytical, and negotiation skills.
• Discretion and professionalism, especially with sensitive, high-profile matters.
• Ability to manage a caseload with autonomy in a fast-paced, high-standards boutique environment.
