Your Mission
As a Family Service Specialist, you’ll help families connect to the Head Start Program and other important services. This role exists to build strong parent partnerships, keep enrollment thriving, and ensure families receive steady, organized support.
Key responsibilities include recruiting children and families to maintain full enrollment; building trust-based relationships with parents; partnering with staff to assess needs, create and update individualized family plans, and coordinate services; completing required family partnership and goal-setting forms; and making timely referrals to community agencies and adult education resources.

Required Qualifications
- Associate’s degree (or equivalent) in Human Development, Family Studies, Sociology, or a related field
- One (1) year of related family services experience working with adults (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
