We are looking for a dynamic and committed Father Inclusion Lead Officer to join our Family Hub Service. This is a unique opportunity to lead the development and delivery of strategies that ensure fathers are visible, valued and actively involved in their children's lives.

About The Role
As the Father Inclusion Lead Officer, you will:
- Champion the role of fathers and male carers across all aspects of Family Hub delivery.
- Lead on the development of inclusive practice, ensuring services are welcoming, accessible and responsive to the needs of fathers.
- Work collaboratively with partners across health, education, children's services and the voluntary sector to embed father-inclusive approaches.
- Contribute to the design and delivery of training, resources, and campaigns to raise awareness and build capacity across the workforce.
- Use data, insight and lived experience to inform service design and continuous improvement.
We're looking for someone who:
- Has experience of being a father / male carer
- Has experience working in early help / family support.
- Understands the barriers fathers face in accessing services and is committed to tackling inequality.
- Is a confident communicator and relationship-builder, able to influence and inspire others.
- Has a track record of delivering projects or initiatives that promote inclusion and engagement.
- Brings creativity, empathy and a solution-focused approach to their work.
- A supportive and forward-thinking team committed to whole-family working.
- Opportunities for professional development and leadership.
