Seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner to join a reputable gastroenterology team serving Iowa and Illinois.
Functions independently and collaboratively to assess, diagnose, educate, and develop management plans for patients with gastrointestinal conditions.
Responsibilities include conducting comprehensive assessments, creating individualized care plans, collaborating with healthcare teams, utilizing EHR systems, and educating patients and families on treatment options and lifestyle changes.
Requirements: Master’s or DNP degree, RN licensure in Iowa and Illinois, ACLS certification, and certification from recognized national boards (ANCC, AANP).
Preferred experience: 2-5 years in outpatient settings, with hospital or gastroenterology background; new graduates considered.
