THE OPPORTUNITY


We’re looking for a creator who gets it. Someone who knows how to mix entertainment, education, and emotion into content people can’t scroll past. As a part-time Freelance Beauty Content Creator, you’ll dream up and shoot viral-worthy TikToks and social posts that capture attention, spark conversation, and stay true to our bold, unapologetic brand voice.



KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Produce and star in 15-20+ monthly videos across TikTok, Instagram, & other relevant social platforms
  • Pioneer trending formats while maintaining brand authenticity
  • Drive engagement through storytelling, makeup tutorials, product demos, and behind-the-scenes content
  • Collaborate with our social team to ideate content that aligns with social strategy

  • Social-native creator who instinctively understands what stops the scroll and sparks engagement
  • Trend-obsessed and culturally plugged-in; you spot viral formats before they peak and love remixing them for beauty
  • Creative problem-solver who can translate a brief into fresh, entertaining, thumb-stopping content
  • Proactive self-starter who thrives in fast-moving environments and owns projects from idea to upload
  • Detail-driven and communicative; you take pride in polished execution, clear feedback loops, and timely delivery
  • Proficiency in video editing (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects)
  • Video recording setup (camera, lighting, sound)
  • Previous experience as a beauty content creator
