Independent Sales Consultant [Matriculants]

As an Independent Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales within the store. You will assist customers with product inquiries, offer recommendations, and ensure a positive shopping experience. This role requires strong communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and a willingness to learn about the products and services offered.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Provide product information and recommendations to customers
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
• Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently
• Stay updated on product knowledge and promotions

Requirements

• Matric certificate or equivalent[NQF LEVEL 4]
• NO experience needed.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service orientation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math skills for handling transactions
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment including weekends and holidays
• Previous retail experience is a plus, but not required
