
The PACE Workforce Development Center is seeking a motivated and
mission-driven Job Developer to support members in achieving sustainable
employment and career growth. This role blends employment marketing,
case management, and community partnership development to guide
participants from program entry through job placement and follow-up.
QUALIFICATIONS: ? Minimum Associate?s degree required; Bachelor?s degree
preferred ? 5+ years of experience working with vulnerable or
underserved populations ? Experience designing and facilitating work
readiness or workforce development workshops ? Ability to engage
participants and inspire personal and professional growth ? Strong
relationship-building skills with employers, partners, and community
stakeholders ? Knowledge of local community resources and services ?
Excellent organizational, communication, and documentation skills ?
