What You’ll Do

Purpose of the Role

To develop and grow sales of Eaton’s White Space portfolio within strategic large EMEA accounts.

The role combines commercial and technical responsibility to influence specifications, position Eaton solutions, and strengthen long‑term customer relationships in the data center market.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development

  • Drive sales of the White Space portfolio (Rack PDUs, IT Racks, connectivity, ATS, KVMs, Software) within selected EMEA large accounts.
  • Identify growth opportunities, influence customer requirements, and manage full commercial cycles (quotations, specifications, calculations).
  • Build strong, long‑term relationships with end‑users, consultants, contractors, integrators, and channel partners.


Market & Strategy

  • Monitor market developments in data center infrastructure and provide strategic input to the Data Center team and DPQ product management.
  • Act as a key link between customers and Eaton’s product teams to support growth and continuous improvement.


Cross‑Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Eaton’s EMEA salesforces, Data Center key account managers, and DPQ product management teams.
  • Coordinate seamless handover from business development to project execution teams.


Customer Excellence

  • Support customers with technical and commercial guidance.
  • Ensure high‑quality engagement, understanding of requirements, and excellent customer experience.


Qualifications: & Experience

Education & Technical Background

  • Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or Business/Commerce with strong technical affinity.
  • Demonstrated experience in data centers technologies (White Space & Grey Space) and IT Channel.


Professional Experience

  • 5+ years of B2B technical commercial experience, with mandatory proficiency in Data Center environments, including IT infrastructure, electrical or thermal systems.
  • Proven experience navigating complex, matrixed organizations and working with international customers.
  • Fluent English is mandatory; additional European languages are a plus
