Your Journey

  • District allowance of up to $18,598 per annum plus not-for-profit salary packaging benefits
  • Fully funded accommodation and company vehicle during Ground School and initial training, plus relocation assistance and subsidised housing for your regional posting
  • Fly modern Pilatus PC-12 Pro aircraft conducting aeromedical retrievals, inter-hospital transfers and primary healthcare missions across regional and remote Western Australia
  • Develop advanced single-pilot IFR capability while operating into remote communities, regional airports and challenging airstrips
  • Exceptional operational variety and responsibility within one of Australia's most unique and respected aviation environments
  • Career progression opportunities across the RFDS WA aviation network, including pathways into PC-24 operations, Training and Checking, and leadership roles
  • 42 days annual leave and structured roster patterns supporting work-life balance
