The Coordinator for Residence Life is a full-time, twelve-month, live -on, exempt position reporting to an Assistant Director for Residence Life. The Coordinator for Residence Life (CRL) is responsible for developing community for 300 – 600 residential students. CRLs are responsible for providing programming, leadership development, supervision, and advising for their community.Minimum Qualifications:

  • May supervise a graduate student.
  • May supervise and coordinate hall desk operations and supervise desk assistants.
  • Assist in the development, implementation, and assessment of departmental goals and initiatives.
  • Conduct regular one-on- one meetings with staff.
  • Provide appropriate referrals to other university departments/resources as needed.

  • Cultivate a positive and engaging living environment that fosters a sense of belonging and enables students to build positive relationships with one another.
