Job Summary
The Logistics Program Manager is responsible for leading and coordinating all logistics operations across multiple business units, projects, and sites to ensure consistent execution, material readiness, and alignment with organizational objectives. This role oversees the planning, tracking, and delivery of materials from procurement through final deployment, ensuring projects are supported efficiently and on schedule.

Job Duties And Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and operational setup of new offsite warehouses.
- Manage and support multiple active warehouse locations across multiple regions.
- Train and develop warehouse managers and logistics staff
- Review and update standardized SOPs, program requirements, and logistics policies.
- Implement centralized logistics tools and documentation
- Other responsibilities as assigned.
Physical and Mental Requirements:
- Must be self-motivated, positive in approach, and convey an appropriate professional image.
- Must promote the Company culture and mission to all employees, vendors, clients and business partners.
- Must possess proven problem-solving skills, critical thinking skills and the ability to effectively read and write.
- Must have excellent organizational skills and the ability to develop processes and best practices.
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Must be able to work at heights, off of a ladder and in confined spaces, lift up to 50 pounds and move up to 75 pounds.
- Regular attendance is mandatory.
- Must possess a high school diploma or GED.
- Must possess a minimum of five (5) years supervisory or managerial experience.
- Must have general accounting knowledge
- Must have general computer skills and be proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
- Must meet Company minimum driving standards.
