Our Hammond, Wisconsin factory is looking for both new and experienced Machine Operators to join our team! If you're new to the manufacturing industry, we offer onsite, hands-on training and all team members are eligible for multiple opportunities for growth, learning and development.
Day Shift Schedule: 5:00AM - 5:00PM
Must pass all three pre-employment testings. (Lifting test, drug test, and background check.)

Day Shift Schedule: 5:00AM - 5:00PM
- Monday - Thursday with the possibility of Fridays depending on production needs
- Opportunities for additional pay increases if trained as a secondary or primary operator

- Operate the machine; this includes start-up, changeover, shutdown and daily operation.
- Observe and monitor machine for defects during operation.
- Identify and correct problems on machine. Notify appropriate personnel of any operational issues.
- Use computer to enter valid information and to print out roll labels.
- Perform routine quality testing on product.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area, including the equipment.
- Follow company safety procedures.
- Must have regular consistent attendance.
- Strong commitment to safety, quality, productivity and customers.
- Requires the ability to read and write, follow verbal and written instructions, use basic math, take accurate measurements and use hand tools.
- Strong mechanical aptitude.
- Strong interpersonal and team skills.
- Previous manufacturing experience preferred.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand/walk for 12 hours.
