As an Assistant Product Manager, AA, you are central to bringing DKSH's aesthetic portfolio strategy to life across Vietnam, translating brand plans into practical, clinic-ready activities that make a measurable difference. Your work directly strengthens clinic capability, deepens customer engagement, and supports the sustainable growth of the AA portfolio in a dynamic and fast-evolving market.
What You Will Deliver
- Advance the AA brand by supporting the Sales and Marketing Lead in implementing annual marketing plans, brand campaigns, clinic activation programs, and product initiatives across the portfolio.
- Ensure seamless marketing execution by coordinating campaign timelines, promotional materials, event logistics, agency partnerships, and field team alignment.
- Build clinic confidence and capability by facilitating hands-on product and treatment training for clinic staff and healthcare professionals, ensuring all content is practical, compliant, and aligned with approved brand messaging.
- Drive product adoption at the point of care by collaborating closely with sales, medical, and clinic partners to strengthen customer engagement and support portfolio growth.
- Inform smarter marketing decisions by collecting and translating market, customer, competitor, and clinic feedback from field activities into actionable recommendations for execution improvement.
- Maintain execution excellence by tracking marketing activity performance, training completion rates, clinic engagement, and key metrics, while ensuring full compliance with internal policies and Vietnamese regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Pharmacy, Medicine, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Between 3 and 5 or more years of experience in product marketing or marketing activation within medical aesthetics, premium beauty, or a related commercial environment.
- Demonstrated experience supporting marketing campaign execution, product launches, clinic activation programs, customer education, or training initiatives.
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to deliver practical product training confidently to clinic teams and healthcare professionals.
- Solid project coordination capabilities with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple concurrent activities across internal teams, agencies, and clinic partners.
- Effective communicator who can engage diverse clinic audiences, simplify complex product messages, and build stakeholder confidence through clear, practical training.
