2. About the Opportunity:
The Manager, Talent Management leads the talent management function and programs to foster a performance-driven and growth-oriented culture. This role directs a team of consultants to implement and maintain talent management initiatives aligned with business strategies. The position drives impactful talent solutions, facilitates organizational change, builds capability, and enhances effectiveness and performance through concurrent talent projects and change management.
3. Responsibilities:
• Lead the Talent Management team to deliver talent management programs aligned with business strategies
• Implement, mature, and maintain talent management initiatives
• Consult on and lead multiple talent projects and programs of varying size and complexity
• Develop and execute change management strategies supporting talent management programs
4. Requirements:
• Experience leading talent management functions and teams
• Ability to implement and maintain talent management programs
• Skilled in managing multiple complex talent projects simultaneously
• Expertise in change management related to talent initiatives
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
• The pay range and compensation package for this role will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, skills, and other relevant factors.
