- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote company services and grow client databases.
- Create compelling content for digital platforms (social media, website, email job portals).
- Collaborate with recruitment teams to promote job openings and candidate success stories.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
- Manage and update the companys website and social media channels.
- Coordinate marketing campaigns for job fairs, career expos, and client presentations.
- Assist in creating marketing collateral including presentations, videos, and case studies.
- Support the business development team with lead generation and promotional activities.
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in marketing; sales, client engagement and recruitment, or HR industry is a plus.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, email campaigns, and social media.
- Proficient in tools like Google Analytics, Canva, or similar platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
