About The Role

We are looking for an HR Generalist to support and enhance our people function across multiple regions. In this role, you'll partner with employees, managers, and internal stakeholders to deliver seamless HR services and an excellent employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle.

What You’ll Do

• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes across multiple regions, including onboarding, employment changes, offboarding, HR documentation, and maintaining accurate employee records.
• Coordinate HR operations across supported regions by partnering with Finance, payroll providers, external vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of payroll, benefits, compliance, and employee support.
• Serve as a trusted HR partner for employees and managers, providing guidance on HR policies, benefits, employee lifecycle matters, and helping create a positive employee experience.
• Drive continuous improvement of HR processes by identifying opportunities to simplify, automate, and scale the way we work.
• Champion the adoption of AI, automation, and digital tools to improve HR operations, enhance employee experience, and increase team productivity.
• Bring curiosity, enthusiasm, and fresh ideas to help evolve our People practices, challenge existing ways of working constructively, and contribute to a positive, high-performing culture.
• Partner with the wider People team on recruitment, learning initiatives, employee engagement, and other cross-functional People projects.
• Take ownership of HR projects and contribute to building scalable People practices that support the business as it evolves.
  
  

What We Look For

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in HR Operations, HR Generalist, or People Operations.
• Experience supporting multiple countries or global teams is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of the employee lifecycle and HR operational best practices.
• Experience with HRIS, payroll systems, and HR documentation.
• Familiarity with labor regulations and employment practices across different jurisdictions is a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn different areas of HR beyond your core expertise.
• Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment.
• Experience with HR process automation or AI-powered productivity tools is a plus.
