As Milford continues to expand its creative partnerships and with a packed autumn ahead, we are looking for a Creative Producer to hit the ground running with us on upcoming projects.

For us, the best collaborations always start before the deadline hits or the kickoff happens. To keep that momentum moving, we want to get to know our next Creative Producer who will not only execute these projects but have a strong creative voice, own the client relationship, and drive the strategic vision behind every delivery.

About Us

Milford is a storytelling-driven animation studio based in Stockholm. We create high-end trailers, cinematics, and character-focused content for global game developers, publishers, and brands.Collaboration is at the heart of how we work. We believe that the strongest work is born when directors, artists, and producers work as a team to elevate every narrative.

The Role

As Senior Creative Producer, you are the bridge between creative vision and production execution. You navigate the intersection of storytelling, client collaboration, and production leadership, representing the Milford voice from the first concept through final delivery.

This can be a project-based contract or a longer-term engagement, we are open to both depending on the project and the partnership.

Who You Are

• 3+ years of experience producing animation, trailers, cinematics, or similar content.
• A confident problem solver who is comfortable making decisions when needed.
• Strong storytelling instincts. You understand character, tone and pacing.
• Experienced working with publishers, game studios or/and ad agencies.
• Comfortable in pitch situations and client-facing environments.
• Extensive production expertise, with strong skills in scheduling, tracking, and resource management.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced environments.
• Passionate about performance-driven animation and cinematic craft.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

Creative & Narrative Collaboration

• Translate client briefs into strong creative frameworks that inspire the team.
• Collaborate with Directors and Creative Leads to shape narrative and emotional arcs.
• Guide scripts, animatics, and editorial with "story-first" thinking.
• Ensure the final product maintains emotional impact and creative integrity from first frame to last.

Client Relations

• Build trusted, long-term relationships with game developers, agencies, and global brands.
• Pitch ideas, treatments, and creative solutions with clarity and infectious confidence.
• Align high creative ambitions with the reality of budgets and timelines.

Production & Project Execution

• Plan, coordinate, and execute projects from initial concept through final delivery.
• Lead supporting functions and production teams to ensure milestones are met without losing the "spirit" of the work.
• Manage the moving parts of a high-end CGI pipeline to ensure efficiency across the board.

Additional Information

We work in a hybrid setup with two mandatory office days (Mondays and Thursdays). The role is based in Stockholm, and we primarily look for candidates already located in Sweden. That said, we’re open to candidates within the EU who are interested in relocating and joining us here.
