- Minimum of 4+ years' experience as a MongoDB DBA, including 4+ years in MongoDB Atlas administration.
- Strong experience in AWS ecosystem (EC2, EKS, CloudWatch, IAM, KMS, VPC, Lambda).
- Proficiency in Terraform, GitOps, CI/CD automation, and containerized workloads (EKS/Kubernetes).
- Experience with Dynatrace, Prometheus, or equivalent observability platforms.
- Strong Linux administration and scripting (Python, Bash).
- Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
- Available for on-call rotation and incident response as required.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline; or equivalent practical experience.
- MongoDB Certified DBA (preferred).
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect or DevOps Engineer (preferred).
