Job Description
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical or Engineering Technology required, or equivalent work experience of ten + years directly related management/supervisory experience in healthcare maintenance and an Associates Degree in Applied Science.
Required Licensure, Certifications: Valid Driver’s License; Certified Healthcare Facility Manager (CHFM) certification is preferred.

- Oversee all aspects of hospital facilities operations, from maintenance to safety compliance.
- Lead a skilled team in ensuring our infrastructure supports top-tier medical care.
- Manage budgets, capital improvement projects, vendors, and emergency preparedness.
- Seven years+ of healthcare engineering/maintenance experience, five of which supervisory level or higher equivalent work experience.
- Familiarity with Emergency Management Accreditation Program Standards.
- Strong leadership skills and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations
