Full-time

Sales / Marketing, Business Development

Drive Efficiency. Elevate Customer Experience. Power National Growth.

We’re seeking a highly organised, commercially minded Sales Coordinator to sit at the centre of our national sales engine. Supporting the General Manager and Head of Sales, this role is critical to ensuring leads are actioned on time, customers are followed up without exception, and every opportunity progresses smoothly through the sales funnel.

You will be the owner of lead flow and sales follow-through, making sure nothing stalls, customers always know the next step, and internal teams are aligned to deliver fast, accurate outcomes. This role plays a key part in driving sales efficiency, improving conversion, and delivering a consistently high-quality customer experience across the country.

If you thrive where structure meets pace, and where coordination directly impacts growth, this is your opportunity.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and manage the sales funnel, ensuring all leads are logged, prioritised, actioned, and progressed within agreed timeframes.
  • Drive disciplined lead follow-up and customer communication, ensuring customers receive clear, timely answers as they move through the sales journey.
  • Coordinate daily sales activity, supporting the GM and Head of Sales with smooth operations, insights, and reporting.
  • Monitor and manage key sales data, including SLA performance, pipeline health, CRM accuracy, and QBR reporting.
  • Support pricing, contracts, tenders, and customer onboarding, ensuring seamless transitions from sale to service.
  • Partner closely with Customer Care to resolve issues quickly, close feedback loops, and elevate the end-to-end customer experience.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to support campaigns, manage inbound leads, and maximise conversion opportunities.
  • Contribute to national sales initiatives and continuous improvement projects, applying strong operational knowledge to drive better outcomes.

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience in sales coordination, lead management, customer service, or sales operations.
  • Exceptional organisation and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
  • Strong CRM capability and confidence working with data (Salesforce and Excel proficiency highly regarded).
  • Clear, confident communication skills — able to keep customers informed and stakeholders aligned.
  • A collaborative mindset, working seamlessly across Sales, Customer Care, and Marketing.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach, with a natural drive to keep momentum high and outcomes on track.
