As a Client Service Analyst within our Customer Operations team, you'll become a trusted resource for customers seeking guidance on workers compensation classifications and related industry rules.

- Research and interpret classification rules and regulatory guidelines
- Use business systems, online tools, and resources to resolve customer inquiries
- Provide professional support to insurance agents, carriers, employers, and other customers via phone and email
- Educate customers on available self-service resources and best practices
- Deliver accurate, timely, and high-quality service while meeting established performance goals
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
- Minimum 1 year in a customer-facing, analytical role (relevant internship, job experience, or pertinent education may be considered).
- Outstanding communication, critical thinking, analytical problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- 3+ years in an analytical, client service position in industries such as insurance, finance, banking, or industries with transferable skills.
- General understanding of workers compensation insurance or insurance industry experience
- Industry course work or designations such as AIS, AU, CPCU
